Author Darlene Ann Nolin was born in Nashua and raised in Pelham, New Hampshire. She lived in Europe for six years. She currently resides in Waterville, Maine. She has three adult kids and five grandchildren. In addition to working for many years in government and private-sector jobs in the capacity of an administrative assistant, she has also fulfilled her dreams of becoming an author. She attended Southern New Hampshire University, where she studied English and creative writing. When she is not writing or posting on her blog, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, spending the day at the Atlantic Ocean, kayaking in Flanders bay, traveling, camping, horseback riding, drawing, meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, working out, cooking, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle. She is also an avid book reader and reviewer.
My first book, "Involved with a Cad for 7 Years in the Twilight Zone" is a true story. I wrote this book so that I could make sense of those events that derailed and shook my life to it's core. I needed to recover from what I personally experienced. By telling my story I hope to inspire and offer hope to others.
