After I wrote my first book, "Involved with a Cad for 7 Years in the Twilight Zone, I did some research about what I experienced. It was during that journey that I was able to identify and own my experience. My next book is about how I healed from it and where I am today. The theme of my second book details what I did while I was working on myself. My health, emotional and physical. It is a journey of healing and wellness. I wrote it to record that journey to reflect on how it can help others who have an interest in self-awareness and self-improvement. Diet and exercise are not a temporary fix - It's a lifestyle.
My goal is to demonstrate and offer testimony about how lifestyle changes promote wellness and affect the overall happiness that is so achievable through discipline and hard work. I plan to open up a page that will take questions from my visitors/readers that will answer their questions. Your questions and comments will provide me with the tools that I require to provide advice and launch my coaching business.
I encourage all of the visitors of my site who have an interest in wellness through diet, exercise, meditation, and other aspects of a healthy mind, body, and soul to become involved by following my blog.
